- Ran a half marathon (you can see the journey of that below).
- I have ran one 5k since. That was on the 4th of July. My goal was to run it in less than 30 minutes. I ran it in 29:50, which met my goal, but not by a ton.
- I have another 5k not this weekend, but next. My goal for that is to beat 29:50. I plan to do two speed sessions and 1 long run before then.
- I have the Battle Frog with my cousin 25 days. I am working on getting stronger, not sure I will be ready. But I think I would always feel that I could be stronger or run faster, or harder, so it is what it in and I just have to keep working, believe in myself, and trust my training. That worked for the half marathon.
- I am in week 3 of P90X, so far so good. Most mornings I have been getting up at 4:30 to get it done. This morning was the first time that I canceled my alarm for it. I needed the extra hour of sleep. I am not going to let this be a habit, and I will get it in tonight, so no regrets on that.
- I am counting calories. Not cutting calories, just counting to be more aware of what I am consuming.
- Not sure when my next half marathon will be. It might not be until next summer but there will be a next.
